Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! I'm an owner operator of a small construction company and can't believe I've been in business for almost 10 years without these resources so far. Let me start by saying I am an older (58), computer challenged kind of a guy. That said, I have found this program pretty easy to get around. I have been able to take a form my company uses and digitize it so I can actually read the responses people are giving me!! And to be able to store them electronically for future reference.

I had to type information into a PDF document and I couldn't do it in Windows 10; I found pdf.filler.com and was able to type in my information easily!

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
