I'm looking for a form I've yet to find. KNOW there must be a form put out "Offer to Purchase & contract that is put out for Real Estate Brokers who are NOT REALTORS. Help!
I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. At least, I will keep your website as a place to go to if there is a future need. Could you please cancel my membership after the 30 days I already paid? Thank you.
It is great it previews the bottom of the page. But, when I print it out it doesn't print out what it had showed at the bottom of my page in the preview before I printed it out.
What do you like best?
PDFfiller offers excellent editing and formatting features for business and personal use. I like the file conversion features as well.
What do you dislike?
Uploading documents is extremely slow, and you cannot upload multiple files at the same time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great alternative for those who don't have Adobe Pro or some of the other premium Adobe products.

Easy to use online PDF editor
This is an easy to use app, which allows the editing of PDF files from any source with multiple tools to work on any pdf document of the company, it is a solution for filling out forms, it allows inserting comment or image. I can also combine, divide and reorder, cut, place header and footer, watermark text or image in my documents and has a preview panel. As it is an online editor it does not consume resources on my pc and it is compatible with all browsers
You can edit documents from any device but it is mandatory to have an internet connection to use it, so you can not have it as the only editing tool.

I had an issue with my account and worked with customer service to get it resolved. They responded quickly and were very helpful! This is important to me. I appreciate them very much!

You have the forms I need; 2. the platform is user friendly, in general; 3. completion of forms is easy to navigate, specifically; 4. the ability to save in multiple formats; 5. the ease and ability to send completed forms is great; 6. Amazing tool to edit a PDF document. There are more features that I am not sure how to operate as yet but its very exciting to be able to vary my documents in this easy to use format, thank you
Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.
