I've only done two documents, but so far I think it is a swell program! I have one more trustee that I'd like to add, will that cost more? We use the program for a charitable trust and we are unpaid. Thanks a lot, no matter what the answer is! I really like the program. MP
It's a good program, convenient, relatively easy UI. Needing to subscribe to a function that was free for a time on the Adobe software, is an irritating feature of life in the 21st century.
I like the send to sign feature but customers have had difficulty printing copies. Asking for a review so often delays the processing I need to do on business.
It's pretty good. There is a delay from when I type till when the text appears in the text box.Also, I don't like have each field with a help box. I know I can X it out but it gets in the way when I want to go fast. I do like that it goes automatically from one field to the next such as with the dates.
Love it- so easy- wish there was a cheaper option for "stay at home moms" (could verify with a phone call) - since all I tend to use it for is school forms and household paperwork
I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Print alignment not always spot on for forms, such as 1099s and you have to play with settings a bit,
but overall not too cumbersome.
Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.
I purchased a change to my account in error.
I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.
