Was a bit cumbersome. When I searched for forms, the system kept giving me instructions on how to search instead of stating that an error was made or what to do to continue.
Still learning my way around. While it is helpful, it is not the most intuitive interface. Not bad, but could be a bit smoother and easier to navigate around.
as an insurance broker I encounter too often forms from insurance companies that are not editable yet. Which makes preparing them for our clients some stupid and unncessary extra work (and for the clients to finish them). PDFfiller is a great tool to help with that in q fast and easy way.

Software can lag with larger documents, tutorials are beneficial when first learning advanced features.

Takes a lot of the manual work out of form filling and PDF generation.
User manual could use a bit more work - some features were not obvious as a first time user.
I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. I really appreciate how streamlined and easy it is to fill out tax docs! Makes it so much more hassle free. My only issue is that it's a 100% free service, as I wish this was something the IRS did a long time ago.
By far the most functional PDF editor i have used... Not that i have used that many, but this one was a breath of fresh air considering the other broken standalone PDF editing apps
