its good so far however I ordered it because it said it was $10.00 a month and it turned out to be $30.00, I guess that's only if you pay for the year it would've been nice had that been made clear before I put in my cc info

I was annoyed that I had to enter credit card info for a free trial. It makes me feel as if I'm being tricked into keeping your service. Very pleased with how the product works though.

Refund amount was authorized on a… Refund amount was authorized on a timely matter without hassle. I was not easily able to unsubscribe when accessing my account directly through my google account.

Subscription and refund I Had £91 taken out my account for a subscription that i didnt know i had and could not afford, I went on the live chat and spoke with Maria, i told her my issues, she went above and beyond to help me. She managed to cancel my subscription and issued a full refund she was an amazing agent

The reason it is a four instead of a five... The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me. So I am still learning. Check back with me in a month and let's see if we can delete this 4 rating and move it up to a 5!!

First, the website works really well - lots of options to accomplish any task, pretty easy navigation, and reasonable pricing (one-time use is even free!). **************** is outstanding.

Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished. During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.

What do you like best? I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well. What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. It is very beneficial for a small mental health business. I like the feature of email faxing and document creation, as well as uploading my own templates to send out to my clientele.
