What do you like best?
That I can enter text into PDFs and save/send them without scanning.

Sometimes it is hard to download the document to the computer and takes a couple of tries because of Adobe Flash Player

I think that it's a great thing. It makes fighting a case much easier.
That more people don't use it. There is nothing else that I like least about it. My vice president used it also an has no problems with it.
Being able to find what your looking for, then being able to fill form in an save it, then come back to it.
FAST AND CONVENIENT
AMAZING I FOUND THIS TODAY!! JUST IN TIME FOR GETTING ALL MY DOCUMENTS DONE, WITH THIS I WILL BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THEM VERY QUICKLY!!!
I love this company! Not only a great product, but when I had an issue, customer service solved it for me in minutes!!! They are fantastic! Honest and trustworthy!!!

Price is good and plenty of document options.
What do you dislike?
Would be great if it could integrate with your pdf documents without having to go to the website. maybe a feature where you can join or delete parts of the pdf without having to upload it to the website every time.

The format is easy to understand and quite intuitive. Very quick loading times. My only problem is that text boxes do not align correctly to the pdf that I am editing - they are too high.
