I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. This is so much easier to fill out applications instead of printing them and faxing.. I am happy I can fill out all my applications online and send them without worrying about if they were received or not.

We have no cons at this time and have been using the services for almost 2 years now.

The best program to work with documents
Easily completes and adds information to any document or report. You can size the information to fit the provided space, cut and paste and maneuver easily within the document. You can access the program and the documents you have completed as the application is on the web and it retains your completed report in their system.
If they could combine other pdf tools would be awesome. Some of the more common pdf functions include moving pages, separating pages and duplicating pages, etc...
Easy to use
I have converted from our company's old way of emailing documents to print, sign, and scan back to us to digital signatures. It has made the process much easier for me and all of our new team members
I would love to be able to consolidate multiple documents into one OR send multiple documents with one email

The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support

The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product

This product is very easy to use and I am impressed with the various toll available to make the changes to the PDF files.The service and backup provided by the support team is excellent. I cannot fault their response times (within 20 minutes of my email) and they were attentive to my concerns and resolved the invoice issues immediately. Totally would recommend this to anyone.
