First experience was perfect. I'm having difficulty finding the current version of the form I need; specifically, the 2014 Revision of the Standard Agreement for the sale of real estate/Pennsylvania.
At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.
A very good and friendly in navigating the fields. Need improvement especially in the telephone number field and user address died of CMS 1500 of 2012 and UB04. Unable to include the three digits telephone area code. Address field too small to contain full address including zip codes

Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.
