So far it has been frustrating ( just because I am not tech savvy) I am just trying to reprint a pay stub that I have lost from a former employer and I just keep running into problems. However after watching a video I figured it out without a problem. Customer service is A1.

so far so good...I have just tried it today with billing to Medicare and I hope the forms go through properly and the claims are paid. I will not know how this works until I see if the claims have been honored.

I was in a jam! Law School needed me to fill out three documents and sign them and return. The only problem was that I did't have a fax, or scanner. With PDF filler I accomplished my mission at a fraction of the time and cost.

FPDF FILLER EXCELLENT TOOL. IT WOULD BE NICE IF WE COULD ADD A PAGE TO AN EXISTING DOCUMENT SO THAT IT ALSO BECOMES PART OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. IF THE THERE ARE FOR EXAMPLE 10 PAGES UPLOADED AND I WANT TO INSERT A PAGE IN FRONT OR IN BACK OF SAY PAGE 7 THEN I COULD MAKE IT A COMPETE DOCUMENT WITH THE PROPER INSERT. OR IF I COULD DELETE A PAGE FROM THE 10 PAGES AND INSERT A NEW PAGE IN THE PROPER INSERTION POINT.

What do you like best?
I like that I can fill in forms for all of my taxes, and they are saved permanently for future reference.
What do you dislike?
It is difficult to find a form that I need. I have to do a general google search, then click on the link, and fill in the form, then log into my pdf filler account. Wish it were easier to find specific forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an excellent product for filling in forms, and creating documents.

taxes. It has been helpful for me for the quarter and yearly tax forms I need to fill out (941, 940, W2's, W3's and 1099's).

I like how the service is not that expensive and there's a lot of functionality and they keep upgrading their features.
What do you dislike?
They could improve the user interface to be more user friendly in some ways.

I'm able to have my clients sign documents by just emailing them the link and if they make a mistake, they can always open up the link and sign again.

No hassle customer service I accidentally ordered this product, but I have no need of it. I requested a refund and received it immediately with courtesy and absolutely no hassle. If the product is as good as the customer service, you will have a good experience here.

Had an issue with billing today (a… Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software. Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs. Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it. May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.
