The search feature is easy to use, I love the option to save the form to my own computer once it has been filled out. The option to use an app is wonderful.
I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.
The only difficulty I encountered was figuring out how to find subsequent forms. I worked it out -= probably not in the most expeditious way - but I will happily use the service in the future.
The outputs of the system are great ... just your opening page is a bit confusing. I just wanted to look convert a document but couldn't see conversion icons - finally worked out that I have to use Add New button - remember people are coming to your website from other portals they have used before - and like me they look for a document conversion tool!

I checked out their pdf software, it's truly great, I liked it and I was ready to buy a year subscription, but all these bad reviews on line about this company made me nervous. However I signed up and now I am pleased to work with it

Pdffiller- I used this site to help me with a paper. I had signed up for a free trial. Thought I had canceled subscription. I found I had a charge from them today and immediately contacted them. I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
