I was allowed a 2 week free trial following an online chat about the product. I was so impressed with the features that I purchased an annual subscription! Very user friendly! Great customer service via chat.
Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I used it for tax documents forgot to cancel subscription after use. Got charged 96 dollars and two days later I requested a refund and within seconds had someone helping me and processing my refund. Service is excellent and product is best on the market.

Easy to file out tax forms. Autofill feature is great. Very efficient
At work, I use ABBY and it is very effective. I didn't think to get that before I chose this. I was searching quickly, but am ok with it. I would to redact in groups by typing the first few characters.
