I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I have an autistic son and this PDFfiller is so amazing. There is so much paperwork between social security, IHSS, ABA therapy services, and school this gives me a few extra moments to relax
PDF Filler is very convenient and well thought through. Now, if it only integrated with my tax return online service provider and auto-populated forms, ditto all others, it would be perfect.
I am so happy I came across this app. Naturally I don't own a typewriter anymore and I do like to type forms instead of printing. So far, wonderful!

Very easy to use and great to help fill PDF's and create them. I use this software very often and I rarely have issues.
Sometimes it lags and it can be a pain, but overall this is a great software to use and I don't have many cons.

Amazing customer service
I tried it a while ago, and something went wrong when cancelling my subscription (maybe me...). I got charged for the service anyway, but then asked for a refund. The support team was extremely responsive and useful, I'm really happy about their service. Excellent!
It's fine so far, I double checked for accuracy off of the tax tables and it calculated correctly which is a positive for me and very helpful and a huge timesaver to know it is accurate and reliable
