chat support: wonderful spoke to 2 different people and both terrific. Love this service. I need to get forms from years back and thanks to this service they are all available in minutes.
9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.
It is a very easy way to fill out your form, however I did have difficulty retrieving my document after signing up. I contacted the customer service which gave a different website to use.
What do you like best?
Good value and much better than Adobe. I highly recommend this product.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes slow to upload and save but not too bad most of the time.

This is my first time using it
This is my first time using it, and I am LOVING it. I like that you can save/print/email, etc. So many options. I will be using it again.
PDFfiller is very customer focused. When I emailed them they responded immediately and followed up with me to assure my questions were answered. I would highly recommend this company.
