pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
I LOVE pdffiller, but need to know more about how to use it. For instance, how can I hide the "establishing a secure connection" message when the form loads on my webpage? And how to change the color of the highlighted fields?
Really good platform.
Just try to fix the bug while opening documents at the dashboard.
The bug is the following:
Click on open item button
It will send to authentication page.
It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. I hope you share my comment with all your team, this will motivate them to do more effort for pdfFiller. have a nice day, stay positive and good luck.
Add a one-time use subscription
Add a one-time use subscription. I feel this will be beneficial to a lot of your potential customers that do not run a business and may be using this software for personal use. I feel like a one-time 48hr subscription that can be purchased at a low cost would be profitable, especially if it can be repurchased at a later date if the user needs to use the program again. It does not make sense to offer a free 30 trial to users who are not going to use the program for more than 48 hours. I used this for free and you could have made money off of my usage by providing a one-time use subscription. Now, I have to make a new account with a different email if I would like to use your program again because I cannot afford to pay $100.00 for a subscription that I may only use once a year. So, just a suggestion.
Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

Great Customer service. I didn't need the subscription and thought I had cancelled but it turns out I was charged. I contacted them about it and received an immediate response and was refunded the money.
