This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. I like the program a lot. You recently changed the format a little. When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Before you changed the format, I was able to save a PDF completed document to whatever file I needed to on my computer. I would like to be able to do that again.
I have tried numerous .pdf fillers and for managements applications and PDFfiller is the best I have ever used. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable application.
Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.
THIS APP HAS SO MANY GREAT FEATURES. IT HAS EVRYTHING THAT I NEED FOR MY EDITING AND CREATING DOCUMENTS. SO FAR THERE ISN'T ANYTHING THAT I NEEDED THAT THIS APP DOESN'T HAVE.
It was smooth and easy to understand. My only question or concern is. When submitting my corrected 1099 to is IRS via your site. I was not sure which copy it was sending. It did not give me an option. I hope the correct copy was sent to the IRS.

Billing and printing issues
New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.
