Obviously, the sales portion of the Web site needs clarifying, but customer support could not have been more generous and quick in solving my misunderstanding. Wish all companies did as fine a job.
Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

Great Program with pretty much all you need
This is a great program and I'm able to do what I want to so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think it is a little expensive for the service and it's not really user friendly I would think if you were not pretty computer literate. Outside of those two things...IT GREAT!

Twice a year I need to turn a pdf form into a fillable form. I don't need a subscription for such a minimal need. I wish there was truly a free way to do this without creating a trial subscription.
A student-friendly experience
