cant get page to print. it says its been sent to printer, but doesn't print. Thought it could be my printer, but I checked it and it works fine. had to fax page to myself to get it to print.
Wish we had a phone number to speak to customer service directly. I am old school and like to get directions with a call otherwise you have a great service.

Great tool for conversions
Converting PDFs to spread sheets can be time consuming. This software is very functional, and eliminates the hassle.
I like being able to convert my PDFs into the proper documents for further use. Most PDFs in their original form are totally unusable. I use this function to convert the document into a spread sheet. Great time saver.

Amazing value!
I just purchased a subscription to PDFFiller due to being unhappy with a recent upgrade to Adobe's Document Cloud, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it so far, although I have been having some minor challenges. I suspect this is just part of the learning curve, but twice I contacted the online chat support and I am happy to say I was working with actual humans who were clearly native English speakers - a huge time saver when there isn't a language barrier!
The challenges pertain to sharing documents. I was not signed up for the E-Sign upgrade, and shouldn't need to be in order to obtain client signatures, as far as I can tell. However, I don't mind signing up for E-Sign, and because the price is very reasonable, I went ahead and upgraded. I'm not certain what level of security is necessary for my line of work, and there are numerous choices available. Also, I had a problem when asking for phone number authentication, something that apparently can't be used when a document is emailed vs. sending a link. I'm still learning, but this is easily the most user-friendly .pdf system that allows for client signatures AND .pdf creations and edits, all while retaining security measures.

I needed to make editable changes to a document in a short window of time. PDF Filler did the job!
User-friendly and it saved the first draft so I had time to purchase a trial run of the software in order to save the final version on my PC.
I wish that I could've been able to log in and get right to my previously saved work faster. The intro screen and the print screen were rather busy.

PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
