It was really easy to fill out the forms and print them. Normally, I wouldn't spend money for this type of service, as I can just print the PDF document from the internet. This time, however, I just didn't want to have to write all the information. Also, if I wanted to make changes, I loved that I could change any field and not have to write over it (as I would have otherwise).
Just started using it today and found that it's a capable software. Tends to be slow sometime but that's maybe because of the internet connection. Overall it's good.
Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). PDF filler has been fantastic for me as a small business owner. It truly is the one stop shop for all my business document needs. They handle everything expertly. Totally takes out the stress of filling out documents and sending them to the IRS. I can just fill them out and click my way through the process with ease.

I found that I no longer needed pdfFiller but the subscription was renewed. Upon advising prfFiller they promptly refunded the subscription. A good and honest company.
I purchased a change to my account in error.
I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.

Took a little time to figure out how to do more than one signature on a single document, but the Support Team was helpful and patient with me as I learned.
