not a techie, but was able to navigate the program fairly easily. love the auto fill feature and the capability to email right away and to go back and edit
PDF filler seems to be very useful. Is/was slightly difficult to figure out but once understood is fairly easy to use. Unfortunately the price is too high for those of us on fixed income. Is there anything lower cost for disabled seniors? Please?

I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts
What do you dislike?
I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.

benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Editing PDFs has never been easier
I needed forms to be editable so members could easily fill things out and return them for us to add to our electronic database.
PDFfiller has a variety of helpful tools, but my most favorite feature is making a PDF form editable! Game changer.
The learning curve with PDF filler was a little bit more cumbersome than just opening a PDF and being able to edit it.
Outstanding customer service, communication and efficiency!! I highly recommend. They are one of the best, if the THE best company I've ever dealt with!
User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.
10/10 -- doesn't get better!
