great and very handy util. support in mobile and dasktop is awesome. ui needs to be simplified. if i have to diwnload a doc, i have to go thre four steps now..
Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. I manage customer service at high tech firms but at home I am just a mom. And every summer I have the nightmare of getting medical forms for kids to summer camps. Usually it is a real pain of printing the form, filling in the info for the kid, scanning it, faxing it to the pediatrician. This time I decided to try PDFfiller which I use at work, and it literally took me 3 min to do two camps! I just imported the medical form pdf, filled it in, and faxed it to the doctor's office right from the app. Nightmare no more :-)
What do you dislike?
Some UI feels non-standard. For example I could only save the pdf in my downloads folder rather than being able to select the folder I wanted.

Adobe for Life
Overall, it's an amazing feature of the Adobe family that comes in handy for myself and especially in my industry where contracts are signed and requested frequently.
So you're working on a project, job, whatever and you get a form that needs to be filled out, signed, and returned. It's a PDF file which is great because nothing can be edited off the original form. You're only responsibility is to fill it out and send it back, but you don't have a printer available, there's no fax machine around, and this form needs to be completed ASAP. The PDF filler is an amazing tool that gets the job done. Not only does it allow you to fill in information on any PDF file, it also allows you to upload your signature to docs as well.
So while you can add your information to any pdf file, some of the files don't always allow for ease of filling out. For example, some forms allow you to type into blank spaces where words and information are supposed to go, while others have distortion issues and don't always allow for certain spaces to be typed into.
Changed my small business capabilities
I am now able to manipulate documents and complete forms that I need to use on various government websites. This capability changes my small business and, as I bill for my services, gives my clients the absolutely best of what they pay me to accomplish!
I can't see any downside to this software. There is nothing I have tried to accomplish that I have not been able to do with this software.

I am a data manager at a school and this program has made my job a whole lot easier when it comes to asking for student records. This also helps when my fax machine wants to be lazy lol the five stars are definitely not enough!
this is by far the most user-friendly website I've experienced in this field. I wish I'd known about it sooner. I wasted a lot of time until I found y'all. Very thankful I'm here now.
Even though I didn’t use their website
Even though I didn’t use their website, I am very satisfied with the customer service. I have subscribed and forgot about it and it took the money from my account. I contacted customer support and my issue was solved in less than a minute! If anyone has the same problem, don’t worry, just contact them and they’ll help! :)
