It is a wonderful program to use now that I have figured out what today. It is very easy to move around in the program too. Thank you for the intro videos too!
So far it is wonderful but I've got to continue further to see if it is all that and the cake and ice cream at that time I should give 5 Bright Shining Stars!!
Once you get the hang of it and learn how to save without losing the entire document filled in its great, A word to each customer be sure to save each individual page or else you lose all your inputted information.

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

I'm very happy with the mid-priced version so far. (However, as Yogi Berra famously said, "It's a bit too early to tell the future.")LOL
What do you like best?
It is so easy to upload a document and make any edits to it. It saves you work so you can continue to use the same document! You can email, print or save PDF. Super helpful for property management when you have several notices!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it's hard to make everything set up perfectly

We are able to reuse the same document over and over!
A little difficult to manuever around but it does what I need very well! Not sure about email feature...recipients did not receive but I did when I cc'd myself.
