I have only been using this pdf filler for 2 days and it is by far the easiet PDF program I have used love the feature of being able to edit a document saves a ton of time.
What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! An absolute lifesaver for form completion on the fly!
PDFfiller is making it much easier for our staff to complete and customize forms that we use for client requests on a regular basis. Having a cloud/web-based solution for this makes things even more convenient!
Easy to learn, intuitive, variety of fonts available
No option for custom color matching within PDF file being edited
Exceptional! The only thing missing is the ability to set permissions on documents for viewing and downloading. Other than that, exceptional cloud services.
duplicate pages
I like being able to duplicate pages, that was super helpful. It was easy to add the text boxes where I needed them. The only trouble is in downloading the document to my regular google drive. Wish that was more straight forward.

This is getting a 4 star review as for today helped me accomplish allot of paper work in short amount of time love this product
I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
I am a Landlord and own several properties
I am a Landlord and own several properties. I previously have used DocuSign to obtain a tenants signature on a tenancy agreement. PDFiller is so much more flexible and would give google all the stars they deceiver for this product. Many Thanks. Franz.
