Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam
on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.

I really recommend this software, just get a good internet connection or else you might get a bit frustrated.
This software is really good for filling pdfs my clients send me and then sign them at ease, and the fact that you can use an extension for your mail and edit online without having to download saves a lot of time
Living in a country where slow internet connection is a constant problem, working with this software can be a pain sometime.
I'm not very tech savvy but pdfFiller makes your experience so easy. I have just started a digital marketing business selling digital products and courses and it has been a real eye opener! Again this program has helped me immensely.

Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! I'm an owner operator of a small construction company and can't believe I've been in business for almost 10 years without these resources so far. I had an occasion to need a form filler on a PDF. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I don’t need a PDF form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my PayPal account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a PDF form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.
