Working good so far....just started but it seems to be doing just what we thought it should do. Easy to get around once you figure out where what is.
I originally subscribed to the website confused about how much the yearly subscription cost. I was able to cancel my subscription, get a refund and finish up working on my documents. All in all, after the 30 days free is up, I think I will subscribe to the 19.99$/month. Very helpful site and service!
I love the ease and speed I can convert docs to fillable pdf files. I am not so happy with repeatedly being asked to rate the features, take a survey and attend a webinar.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - JED
I have been conversing with the support agent called Jed, and he has made my vision of this company very clear. Supportive, constructive and quick with the aim to please.
He has dealt with my query in such a fast and efficient way that is was delightful to receive a response from him.

What do you like best?
I like the ability to electronically sign documents.
What do you dislike?
I wish I was able to edit the text in documents without the formatting getting messed up because it only allows for the addition of new text boxes or adding to existing ones which causes the formatting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of having to print out and fax documents which can be time consuming. It has really benefited my company to be able to sign and send documents electronically making for a smoother more efficient experience.
