After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.
What do you like best?
Ability to edit then fax. Simple to find documents that I have scanned to PDF format.

Could have a better fax cover sheet, it should be more graphic

alot of help during a stressful time
alot of help in a stressful time. very patient with my inabilities. I am really quite vapid in an emergency situation. Very patient
Quick efficient and helpful
They answered my query really quickly and politely and refunded my subscription within 24 hours as I found I didn’t need it anymore. Fantastic service not often found!
New User but Impressed
Just now starting to use, but am thoroughly impressed. I'm sure as I get used to the software it will increase to 5 stars!
I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.
