Got up & running pretty quickly. Very grateful. Really appreciated the Guidebook!!! Running in to a few glitches, but I have confidence that there are solutions as the software seems pretty powerful.
There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.
After some heartbreak at having lost the doc I was working on, the team at pdffiller managed to retrieve it for me. All those tears later, I am ecstatic to have my hard work not be for nothing!
No hassle customer service
I accidentally ordered this product, but I have no need of it. I requested a refund and received it immediately with courtesy and absolutely no hassle. If the product is as good as the customer service, you will have a good experience here.
Best Friendly user software
It was great, very useful when it came to modify and add wordings to documents or even signatures.
I like the availability to modify and edit your documents, it's very easy to use and it has so many features to get your documents corrected, sent, faxed, emailed and more.
I didn't like when adding texts to your documents, sometimes it will freeze and close the program. Then again it was the free trial.
With this site I can get any and all my paper work done in the manner that I wish to have done.
Typing out my paperwork in the correct format. Always there when I need it done. Able to use it anywhere.
It's ease of use,it's ability to take on tasks that I need done,the customer service is always there with answers to questions that I need answered. All the different jobs this site can achieve. I can not get along with out this site. Thank You for being there for us.
