Loving it so far. Wish the search for documents in their library was easier to find, but other than that, I've been very happy with ease and quality.
Confusing.. Registration gets you nothing.. then you end up paying then you can do something. Why Register if you cannot do anything with the form... does not make sense.

very happy so far, awesome program for what I'm doing, fairly easy to navigate thus far, the real test will come in a few months when I'm using it a bit more to its potential.

That most service I mean the premium most needed things has to be paid for
I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!
Fabulous for filling out any forms online, especially when online applications are not quite right, you can line up any type of print in the boxes to look professional, even check mark in boxes!
