Customer service is fantastic, as a result, I will continue using pdf filler and liaising with customer service to improve my experience. I love that they get back to you within 12 hours and that they actually respond to you personally. O did not expect this at all.
I like the send to sign feature but customers have had difficulty printing copies. Asking for a review so often delays the processing I need to do on business.
PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Ease of use is what attracted me to program. I use it to make fillable forms for work (forms already made, need to be made fillable). Is cheaper than Adobe Pro and is better in my view.
It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.
The program is easy to use and powerful, and I had a great customer experience with their support team. I was stressed and they left me satisfied. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone in business.
