I was in a total jam and needed forms right away. I was so afraid my only option was to type all these required forms and then have to write in the answers with a pen. It would have taken me days to complete! When I discovered PDFfiller online it was like my guardian angel had guided me to the site! The user friendly site was easy to navagate and had easy to understand instructions. Really good, not sure how I would be at editing large amounts of info on a PDF with the website but I could be surprised if I went through the online training.
I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. I wrote some legal documents using this tool, it was much easier than other PDF editing tools I found. I was able to put my legal case together in an hour after wasting much more than that on other editing tools.

I am very impressed with the customer service. When I was charged for a years subscription after my free trial, which I queried immediately, I received a full refund within the hour with no quibble.
Twice a year I need to turn a pdf form into a fillable form. I don't need a subscription for such a minimal need. I wish there was truly a free way to do this without creating a trial subscription.
