How to send CC to Avoid any Notifications for a Receiver
When a user gets a carbon copy (CC) in a message, it will not be followed by traditional notifications for both sender and receiver. There will only be one notification.
Go to the documents folder and click on the Invite to Sign option.
Add one or several emails in the CC cell.
Select the Send Invite button and the CC receiver will get only the final notification about signing and completing the document.
Email has made carbon copy letters even easier. Most email clients will allow you to send a carbon copy of your email by entering email addresses into the “cc:” field — usually located above the subject line. These emails will be sent to the main recipient and to those recipients that you indicate in the “cc:” field.
How do you send a carbon copy email?
You can do this by clicking Cc or BCC, which will open another field. 'Cc' means 'carbon copy' and 'BCC' means 'blind carbon copy'. Adding an email address to the 'Cc' field means that that person will receive a copy of the email and all other recipients will see their email address.
