Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! I like that I can read-only PDFs straight from Gmail - previewing with PDFfiller is way easier than having to download through Adobe.
I feel like there is nowhere to go if you need assistance or a homepage to see all of the PDFs that you have viewed.

What do you like best?
The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

Great improvement on traditional Adobe products.
Good experience. I would recommend this to other in lieu of mainstream products.
Simple, easy to use and operates seamlessly with other programs. It also maintains the appropriate information for future use in other forms.
At times, information is lost when downloading forms from websites or is not saved when transmitting via email.
