Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

This program has been THEE most useful tool for me in my professional life. I am still finding useful surprises. I can't imagine what I would do without it.

There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

easy to use app with legal professional templates. I was able to edit/fill in important applications and documents and save into a file and share and or print for my business. I have been using pdf filler for years.
