I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. Usually, theres always one feature not thought of or you dont have the option for, I didnt feel that at anypoint. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised each time when there it was in all its glory, the key option I needed. Thank you

Great service, had a problem with some money beikg taken from me which shouldn't have been, either it was my fault or theirs idk doesnt matter. What matters i the support was quick to give it back. Such service isnt seen very much around

a little hard to figure out at first but once I got the hang of it was great. Like the variety offorms tonselect from, some forms could be a bit more specific but other than thaat I love the program.

It really helps being Paper Less. I don't need to travel to me nearest FedEx to Print job applications and drop them off at the actual location. I can just download the PDF and fill it out to send right back .
