Great features, love the ruler that lets you type straight every line unlike Adobe Acrobat. I really like the compatibility with mobile phones to create your digital signature. Overall I was quite happy and impressed with the software. It would be great if the trial period was longer.

Appreciate the abilty to pull in my own form and add to it. I would like an option to duplicate my current sheet, making my document 2+ pages like the import (or add a document) button and without loosing my comments.

Quick download, easy fillable PDF forms online
very practical online fillable forms but using the snail mail from the IRS, i was able to obtain the same forms via mail a week later. I like its free trial but only needed the 2022 W2 form and not the entire services

Loved the ease of this software - it saves lots of time.
This software is so so easy to use and makes filling out forms then saving those forms so much easier.
I found no cons with the use of this software. It was so easy to use and eliminated filling out by hand.

How long before an invoice should be paid?
Your right to be paid You can set your own payment terms, such as discounts for early payment and payment upfront. Unless you agree a payment date, the customer must pay you within 30 days of getting your invoice or the goods or service. You can use a statutory demand to formally request payment of what you're owed.
How do you decide payment terms?
Check each client's credit history (pull a business credit report if you can). Gear payment terms to the amount of the invoice. Set clear terms and fees in every contract and your invoices, so there's no confusion as to when you expect payment.
How do you calculate payment terms?
The formula steps are: Calculate the difference between the payment date for those taking the early payment discount, and the date when payment is normally due, and divide it into 360 days. For example, under 2/10 net 30 terms, you would divide 20 days into 360, to arrive at 18.
How do you calculate cost of credit?
Determine the percentage of a 360-day year to which the discount period will be applied. Subtract the discount rate from 100%. Multiply the result of each of the preceding steps together to arrive at the annualized cost of credit.
