On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. I am not 100% satsfied reason being the whole document is not turning into Word, I want turn the whole document in word edit, retype as a word document and have it resaved

Great customer service
This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.

I have used pdfFiller multiple times and love their product. I primarily use it when applying for jobs and need a pdf converter to fill out applications. I like that I can just subscribe for the time I need the program and then cancel it. I also like that all my documents are saved to my account even after I cancel the service. I can just resubscribe and pick up where I left off. Customer support is EXCELLENT. Highly recommend pdfFiller.
