I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. Once you get the hang of it and learn how to save without losing the entire document filled in its great, A word to each customer be sure to save each individual page or else you lose all your inputted information.

I struggled a bit when the form was completed because I failed to see where the "Print" button was located, but a rep from Customer Care (Paul) helped me and I was all set. Looking forward to exploring and using the PDF filler site frequently.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
