How to Personalize a Signing Invite Message

In an Open Message When you use conversation groups, the subject in the message list will not change. In order to edit the subject in an open message in Outlook 2013, 2016, or 2019, you need to expand the header by clicking the caret in the lower right to expand the header for editing.
When you first set up Outlook, the sender is shown above the subject. You can change your view to show the subject above the sender. If you want to show the subject line above the sender's name, click View > Conversation Options, and uncheck Show Senders Above the Subject.
Double-click to open the message. Select the subject and begin typing. After editing, click Save in the top left corner of the message window and then close out the message. Your new subject will show in the Reading Pane.
In Outlook, choose File > Account Settings > Account Settings. Select the email account that you want to change, and then choose Change. You can change any of the information on the POP and IMAP Account settings page, including name, email address, and password.
In Outlook, choose File > Account Settings > Account Settings. Select the email account that you want to change, and then choose Change. You can change your name on the Account Settings screen. To change the name that displays when you send email, update the name field.
