I appreciate the integrity of this company. In the middle of a crisis, I signed up for this product, which I ultimately did not need, but apparently failed to cancel. They immediately refunded the annual fee without a hassle when I requested it. I so appreciate it.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. He is absolutely an asset to this company and greatly appreciated.Warmest Regards;Rhonda Wright

What do you like best?
I like being able to merge documents so easily and correcting documents.
What do you dislike?
That you cannot merge from the first page you have to view all documents in order to select the documents you want to merge

In my industry, we are always on the go so it's nice to have something that is simple to use and meets the needs that I have.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I do not have to go to the office anymore to scan documents when I am submitting an offer. It saves me time and effort.

Had many of the forms I needed, however, surprised with researching NC business forms I found a 1997 form but not a 2000 form. Fortunately I can use a 2001 form for 2000 year.

I love the product and help via chat has been great...
I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

Come si eliminano e rimuovono le pagine da un PDF?
Scegli “Strumenti” > “Organizza Pagine.” Oppure, seleziona “Organizza Pagine” dal pannello di destra. Seleziona le pagine da eliminare: Fai clic sulla miniatura della pagina di qualsiasi pagina o pagine che desideri eliminare, quindi fai clic sull'icona “Elimina” per rimuovere la pagina o le pagine dal file.
