It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. Now I just edit any official document(s) I receive, with tools that keep them looking professional and consistent, and send them back to the desired place either via email or by sharing them, with easily 75% less effort and 75% less time than our previous methods for achieving for the same outcome. Also you need to add the ability to erase to the lowest membership level. You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. In the past 3 years I've used this service only twice now as I am not a business.

Pretty straight forward but when you want to print multiple forms of the same type I don't see a way to easily clear the info, I have to overwrite or clear each field manually. Thank you, Fred McFaddin

Outstanding Online Support
I have used Pdffiller for the past 4 years to file tax returns for an investment group with over 40 members. I made an error when creating my template and when I went to print the 40 documents an erroneous number was appearing, the result of my error in creating the document. Fortunately Pdffiller has an online support staff. So many online companies require you to submit a ticket and then promise a 24 to 48 hour response time. Pdffiller offers that option but they have an outstanding online chat support. I had the benefit of working with Ryan and got access to him immediately upon opening up the online chat support. This was in the evening but Ryan thoroughly researched and tested my issue. Sadly the only option that appeared to be the answer was to create a new set of 40 documents which Ryan was willing to teach me how to create the docs in way that would avoid this error. When I expressed my issue with not having another 6 hours to re-create my work, Ryan persisted in finding a work around that was very creative and saved me from over six hours of new work!!! Needless to say I was ecstatic!!! Thank you Pdffiller for not only a great product but an online support staff that truly cares about helping customers get the results they require!!

Awesome PDF Tool for a low price
It is a great tool that I would recommend to people who are not very tech savvy.
It is an easy to use tool with helpful features that can help any business that uses PDF documents on a frequent basis.
It makes you pay for many features that can actually be found using free software alternatives if you do some research.
