What do you like best?
I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.
What do you dislike?
The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Super easy to use on the go with the App access. I live that part of it.

What do you like best?
The ease of accessing Acord applicaions, amend the existing and being able to save to my computer and then email to clients. The process is incredibly simple!
What do you dislike?
I had difficulty accessing Acords 125,, 126 & 140's. This has now been fixed and all is working fine. Very little to say, in as far as disliking PDFfiller.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best & quickest was to access all Acord Applications for Commercial Insurance.

What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!
What do you dislike?
The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

I didn't know what to do at first because I thought that refund couldn't be possible but I decided to reach out to them despite the uncertainty. For as little as we need a *** editor I could not justify the cost of *****, so this was a good alternative. *** some issues with my pay method after having them for 3 years. Wish I could have just updated my Pay info instead of having to cancel my plan and sign up again. That messed up a discount I had, but kudos to the customer service for being able to straighten it out. *** to do everything through chat because no phone number. Overall decent **************."

Very convenient to fill out PDFs It's a wonderful application and offers convenience. It alllows you to easily fill out PDFs instead of printing them and doing it manually and dc an I g them back into computer. Sometimes the alignment can be a little offer when placing where you put the cursor to fill out the pdf.
