What do you like best?
I like that the program is pretty intuitive and that I’m able to figure most things out on my own. I am able to erase and utilize previously filled forms that otherwise I might have to obtain from another source. The time and energy savings for me offsets the cost. In addition, I like being able to work on the program from a mobile standpoint - as long as I have cell phone or internet connectivity, I’m able to access and work on documents at my convenience.
What do you dislike?
Nothing that I really dislike. I still struggle with how to send a document directly out of the program to someone that may or may not have sufficiently updated software or skills to open. I’ve worked around this by saving the document and then sending from a cloud storage site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I’ve used tillable Adobe programs and PDFfiller meets or exceeds the capabilities of the Adobe programs I have used.

If you work daily with PDF documents, this is a must for you
It has a lot of PDF Tools in one on the cheapest plan
Maybe they can unify the first and mid tier plans. They don't add a lot to the mid tier plan to increase the price. It just don't worth it

IT IS SUPER EASY RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE. I AM NOT SURE HOW TO FIND A DIFFERENT IRS FORM. I AM THINKING MY ADOBE DC MAY DO THIS AND I JUST DON'T KNOW IT. I FOUND THIS ON THE INTERNET AND IT IS SAVING ME HOURS.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! ONE THING IT LACKS IS THE FEATURE TO COLUMISE THE TEXT. LIKE ALIGNING TO CENTER, LEFT, RIGHT. IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE THE OPTION TO DO THAT. LIKE THE ONE MICROSOFT WORD HAS.
