Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. PDFfiller's user interface helps us with the host of insurance forms that are emailed to us. We simply download them in to PDFiller and our forms look professional and they are easily accessible to save or send back completed and signed.

This is a good app. It could be improved with navigation that's a bit less clunky - more intuitive. I also wish there was a way to fill out forms without having to recenter, re-size, re-font the text so it looks normal in the document.

This service was extremely helpful when I was in a pinch for an assignment for work! Loved being able to combine multiple PDF's into one cohesive document, as well as edit, add text, and highlight on my existing PDF. Easy to use and user-friendly!

It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.
