User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Only thing it is lacking is the OCR - If it would have had this ability to edit scanned pdf document like PDF element - then it would have been the best!

The website said there will be no charge for 30 days but my card got charged 1 dollar. This is clear misleading attitude. I did not find half a star to give.

Very quick and easy but in the end actually only needed for a one-time use so didn't make financial sense to pay further for 'just-in-case' use.

Is been easy to use and edit to change documents or add to the document I am disappointed that I was promised 60% discount but you charged full amount

Easy addition
This product has been very helpful for my needs.
I like the ease of searching for a form, in my case an insurance form, and then filling in. The program makes it easy to edit boxes and save forms.
The software is a little slow... there is a significant lag time opening each document, as well as saving and printing.

So far so good
So far so good. I like the friendly interface and the different options of sending processed files. I would like to request developers to incoporate "rotating page" for some documents that may be uploaded upside down
