I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. Pretty good. i didnt type for a long time and when i came back it blew away everything i filled out. Is there a way to keep that from happening. of course i know i can just click done but is there a way.

Excellent and modern convenience
I used PDF filler for just about everything- I am constantly needing to fax things and being able to do it digitally and get confirmation that it was received is great. I also use the form filler to easily electronically sign and send documents back and forth!
Nothing, to be honest, the platform is super user-friendly, the cost is reasonable and the product always works!

Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time.
Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents
I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

I just started using it today
I just started using it today. So far, I am very happy with it. I was able to use the draw feature to sign where I needed to, how I wanted to without using the "sign" feature.

Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.
