I was in a total jam and needed forms right away. I was so afraid my only option was to type all these required forms and then have to write in the answers with a pen. I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.

I like the ease of use. I do think the help system needs and upgrade. Should have a searchable index. It is hard to find topics. I am an experienced software guy and just want to find out how to do thinks.

like the fact I can fill and type.. but not easy to understand how to find forms, unless you pay for another part of service.>>??? is this correct

It opens up pretty slow, and everytime I open a document the zoom is set to 134% and I don't know how to set it to 100% other than that the pdf filler is easier than others I've used and the other features work good.

Have not had time to discover ALL the options offered by pdfFiller, but from the little I have used so far it appears as a 'one-stop shop' for everything I need or might need in the future to handle my documents. Great app!

Just like last year!
I must file my church's taxes for our employees every year. I found this site last year. I love it! I prints the information I need. I can make copies and send it. I could send directly to IRS but chose not to do that route!!

I had an issue that was my fault and it was taken care of immediately. Even late at night. I was very worried that there was no phone number or email to contact them but they replied quickly through their live support and took care of my issue and fully refunded my money. Thanks.b

What do you like best?
That I can mark up any pdf or create 1 new document from several. Also digital signatures, I work remotely and need this! Being remote, I need to be able to create or sign a form from anywhere and I can easily with pdf filler. I love the share feature as well, I can work on my end and my co-workers will have it almost instantly without having to print, scan and email. I work remotely, almost all from my laptop with no printer. This allows me to work from my phone or tablet seamlessly as well.
What do you dislike?
Not much, no complaints yet. Maybe the layout? Like where everything is, I click on the documents and then you have to specify where something is. Maybe a more organized folder system? When I share them, they should all be in the share folder, but for some reason, they're not always there. I am a very organized person and like everything in its own folder or file. I'd like a way to save everything to its own file and be able to find them quickly and easily.

This is a great program, especially if you work remotely, highly recommend it!

1099 tax reports, our software only supports e-file and we are so small that we don't have that. I also love the share part, I'm able to work on my end, share it with my co-workers and they can have it almost instantly without printing and scanning, etc. I also love that I can take a few different documents and combine them to one, that is a great feature!
