4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

Over all really helpful, especially with me filling out awards and scholarships for grade 12. Only issue I had was when typing the text box wouldn't fit as nicely as I would have liked it to, so lines ran through the text and made it a bit harder to read.

Easy to use.
It's good that we have this product cause we can just sign PDF's without printing.
Sometimes it's hard to place the 'typing icon' in the right place for filling in information or data.

I had trouble logging in to my account
I had trouble logging in to my account. It was a small issue but I sent a text message and got a reply soon after. The Customer Service at pdffiller is very responsive. I have been a customer (for creating insurance forms for my medical practice) for three years and it is an excellent service. It is user-friendly and intuitive and simple to use. I highly recommend pdffiller.

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. She helped me figure out my dilemma. Thank youMathieu

I wish the updates had an option to keep the title and not make duplicates. I like to keep "my documents" organized and not all the downloads unless I want to save it as multiple copies. I love that it combines pdfs w other docs. I love the highlight and annotate features.

What is the difference between a tax return transcript and a tax account transcript?
Difference Between Tax Return and Transcript A tax transcript is a summary of your tax return provided by the IRS. A tax account transcript contains the same information as the tax return transcript along with additional items such as marital status, taxable income and the type of tax return you filed.
What is a tax account transcript?
A tax return transcript usually meets the needs of lending institutions offering mortgages and student loans. Tax Account Transcript — shows basic data such as return type, marital status, adjusted gross income, taxable income and all payment types. It also shows changes made after you filed your original return.
What does a tax transcript look like?
Transcripts don't look exactly like the forms you filed for your taxes. Tax Return Transcript: Shows most line items from your original tax return, but it doesn't show changes after you filed your original return. Tax Account Transcript: Shows personal filing information plus AGI, taxable income and payment types.
What is a tax transcript for FAFSA?
Tax return transcript This document provides the information that lenders and financial aid officers are likely looking for, including your adjusted gross income. It also shows most of the line items in your tax return, along with any other forms or schedules you filed.
Why is my tax transcript not available?
If you don't see a return transcript available for download, it likely means that you didn't file a return for that year, or that the IRS hasn't processed the return. Record of account transcripts: Current tax year, five prior years, and any years with recent activity, such as a payment or notice.
How can I get my tax transcript online immediately?
You can get your free transcripts immediately online. You can also get them by phone, by mail or by fax within five to 10 days from the time IRS receives your request. To view and print your transcripts online, go to IRS.gov and use the Get Transcript tool. To order by phone, call 800-908-9946 and follow the prompts.
How long after filing Can I get a tax transcript?
allow 6-8 weeks after you mailed your return before you request a transcript. Balance due, and you paid in full of your return, allow 2-3 weeks after return submission before you request a transcript. We process your return in June and you can request a transcript in mid to late June.
How do I get my 2019 tax transcript?
Click on “Get My Tax Record” Click Get Transcript by Mail Follow instructions. Select “Return Transcript” (not “Account Transcript”) and in the Tax Year field, select “2017”. Tax filers can expect to receive a paper IRS Tax Return Transcript at the address included in their online request within 5 to 10 days.
