I used the program and was happy with the software and results. However, due to my own oversight I inadvertently made an annual purchase which I would not be in need of. You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

My Favorite PDF Signing Software
I've been using PdfFiller for many years and I've gotten used to the interface and so to me, it's pretty easy to use, but I've dabbled with other online document signing software and I admit those are pretty easy to use.
Some of its competitors seems to have pretty user friendly interfaces.

Great Product!
I love this software; it has been invaluable. I have used it to fill out job applications, insurance, medical & school documents. I'll continue to use it.
It is very easy to upload documents to this software. Editing is user-friendly even for those not technically savvy. I like that I have many options in saving or exporting my finished document. Also, I like that my previous documents are saved because there has been more than once that a document has been lost or needed again. I have been saved by the fact that PDF Filler has the previously used document saved.
I have not found anything I really dislike about this software. I'll be honest in that I'm not crazy about the price but I have found this software so helpful I have been using it for over two years now. I've recommended it to several people. I did not rate the customer service because I have never used it. I guess the fact that I've been using this for over two years & never had a customer service issue speaks for itself.

At the first, i had some problems with using the application but later on, I learned how to use it, still, I need further study to be more familiar with it

What do you like best?
I personally like using PdfFiller over other programs like Adobe to edit my documents because the site is more user friendly. I can do everything I need to quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was an option to combine documents. You can delete pages but not upload new ones.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to use Docusign to add digital signatures but now I used pdfFiller instead. It's great for adding quick signatures on internal documents without the waste of printing and hand signing forms as I did prior.

Great product, super easy to use, and they offer a very nice free trial. No scam here: it's very obvious what's free and what's chargeable.

I am not sure why it took me so long to find pdffiller, it makes my life so much easier. I love all the things I can do in here.
