What do you like best?
I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)
What do you dislike?
I wish I could send more than one document in one email to a particular contact.

I work in HR so I use it for onboarding: signing new contracts, responsibility agreements, etc. It makes it easier to track everyone's progress and create a digital contractor file

In a new email message, go to the Insert tab, and then click Poll. Note: You can also find the poll on the Options tab > Use Voting Buttons > Poll. The Poll pane opens and is ready for you to type your first question and two options. To add additional options, click + Add option.
Create an email message or reply to or forward a message that you received. On the Options tab, in the Tracking group, click Use Voting Buttons. Choose one of the following: Approve. Reject. Use when you need an authorization for an action.
Create a new email. Write your survey text in the new email. Choose your preferred voting option from the available list or customize your own. Choose your preferred tracking and reminder options. Send the poll and monitor responses.
Create and Send a Voting Poll from Microsoft Outlook. It is easy to create a poll in Microsoft Outlook simply by including voting buttons in an email message. Create a new email message, or open a message that you want to reply to or forward. Go to the options tab and click the drop-down Use Voting Buttons.
