My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I started using PDFfiller instead, and requested a full refund from the other service. They refunded my money. I have had great luck finding everything I need for this divorce. The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

Wish we had a phone number to speak to customer service directly. I am old school and like to get directions with a call otherwise you have a great service.

Just a bit complicated to learn how to use the system for an 'oldie' but I'm sure it would become more familiar with more frequent usage. Thank you for allowing a trial to test the systems functionality.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.
What do you dislike?
There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

I would highly recommend this product to others and in fact I have done so. This product is easy to use and inexpensive compared to other products like it.

Excellent customer service!
I used the pdfFiller when I had no access to a printer- it was efficient and easy to use. However this was a one off and thought I had cancelled my subscription. When I saw I was being charged I was concerned as I have no need for the service on a subscription, however I contacted pdfFiller customer services explaining my situation and I received a very reassuring reply from Max and the pending transaction was cancelled immediately. If I ever need the service again I wouldn’t hesitate to use pdfFiller or recommend them. Outstanding customer service.

PDF Filler makes it very easy to modify and create pdfs from anywhere. I specifically like their simplified process for editing. Their customer worked with me on an issue I was having and I'm satisfied with the result.
