PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.

It's pretty good, but I feel like it could be made better. I have to constantly click instead of just being able to tab to next area. Maybe I am overestimating coders and their abilities =P but thats my only issue.

Very efficient, neat. Legible than handwriting. The only down part is it cost money. Hope this could be free for everyone, and every is informed that this is an option. It would benefit the judicial system to see legible and clear filled up forms by both respondent and petitioners.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount.
